UTV off roading over Moab’s rocky formations is a thrilling way to immerse yourself in the desert landscape. Book a tour through Moab Tour Company to experience a guided trip along a safe, set course. Booking your tour at sunset is highly recommended!

Canyon Excursion
Moab is well known for its narrow slot canyons and Canyoneering is one of the most thrilling ways to explore them. Canyoneering involves multiple components such as hiking, climbing, and propelling. This excursion is very beginner friendly, even for those with no prior propelling/rock climbing experience. Moab Canyoneering Tour Company, linked below, offers multiple different guided tours, varying in time and intensity. The tours are private to your group, meaning you will get 1 on 1 support and instruction when it comes to propelling the 100 ft canyon walls. With how much there is to see, I would personally recommend the full day Irish Canyon Tour. The tour begins with a hike to the top of the canyons, then a propel down to the base of the canyon, ending with a hike out of the narrow slot canyons.

Arches National Park
Home to over 2,000 natural sandstone arches, Arches National Park is one of the most famous National Parks in the United States. Drive through 76,000 acres of red rock formations and see several popular arches including Delicate Arch and Double Arch. While most of the arches are right off the main road, Delicate Arch is a 3.2 mile moderate hike. There are viewpoints to see this arch from a distance but they are nothing like seeing the arch up close. Bring plenty of water and the hike will be well worth it!

Canyonlands National Park
This National Park is a maze of canyons formed over years of erosion from the Colorado River. Similar to Arches National Park, Canyonlands is connected by miles of road, making it great for a day of driving. The park offers dozens of hikes, my favorites linked below.
