  • Cost: Turks and Caicos is expensive due to many goods having to be shipped into the island. To cut down on costs, opt for an Airbnb or an accommodation with a kitchen to cook your own meals.

  • Car rental: Car rental is recommended due to high taxi prices. Grace Bay Car Rentals is a good option since it is in walking distance from the airport. In Turks, cars drive on the left side of the road.

  • When to go/weather: Best time to visit is from March-May due to warm, dry weather and warm ocean water. Avoid June-September as this is the rainy season.

  • Getting there: All that is needed is a passport, no visa required

  • Airport: Providenciales International Airport (PLS)

  • Language: English is Turks & Caicos official language
